Duty requirements
Required flow is the combined delivery. Identical parallel heads add flow; pressure does not multiply. SLA: up to 6 heads. ATP: up to 8 heads.
Above 500 cP, only EV configurations are eligible. Gearbox choices must have a matching source flow curve.
Method, assumptions & sources
Offline snapshot of the public CheckPoint pump calculator catalog, 11 September 2026, supplemented by the cited CheckPoint datasheets. Capacity is linearly interpolated within each published curve; it is never extrapolated.
Results are candidates, conditional on the listed supply or speed/reducer configuration and head-material rating. Minimum flow uses the catalog floor, multiplied by the same head-count factor as flow. Head-count limits follow the supplied configuration guidance. Multi-head flows assume identical heads at the same duty and speed; drive loading needs separate confirmation unless a matching motor result is shown. No flow correction is made for viscosity, gas, chemical compatibility, relief settings, suction conditions, or application margin.

Method, assumptions & source
SLA Motor Power Charts RevA 20200302BG Unlocked.xlsm. Uses the updated HP Charts 1–2, 3–4 and 5–6 Head(Adam) tabs, and only the 9:1 and 15:1 tables at 1450 or 1750 rpm.
Select the first pressure column at or above the duty. Blank cells and pressures above the chart’s row limit do not produce a motor selection. No interpolation or extrapolation is used. kW = HP × 0.7456999.
The head groups follow the worksheet names and validity notes. For two heads with different duties, the source says to use the higher motor requirement. Different simultaneous duties across larger multi-head arrangements need a separate review.
